1. A new dedicated process with dedicated drivers and dedicated vans for Hilti deliveries only.
2. On the day of delivery, you will receive an SMS with your driver's details, his phone number and a link to track the driver location in real time.
3 . A secured digital signature on the delivery note.

STANDARD ONE-DAY DELIVERY

With our standard delivery service, if we’ve got it in stock we’ll deliver your new tools and consumables within the next one working day from when the order is placed, Sunday - Thursday

  • Order before 14:30 pm for delivery within 1 working day between 8 am - 5 pm, Sunday to Thursday
  • Service level of 98%
  • Next day delivery in all country except for remote places. See the full list:

Hilti tools are built to last. But if a breakdown does occur, we’ll take care of it quickly and professionally. Book your repair online or by phone 1800-68-68-40.

  • By 4 pm for next day pick up
  • FREE within no cost period and for all fleet tools
